Humans are busy indulging in their wealth and starving the lower class. Thinking its only them on this planet, trying to pursue a life.
Some of them get dressed up in expensive and revealing Outfits walking down a Catwalk, being filmed to be seen by their world.

Theres an Alien, looking at its round belly.
What seems like it for the untaught, it starts violently poking its Belly.
After what seemed to be infinity, it has birthed and 
transformed into a something with similarities to an embryo.
With its skin flapping around its body, it is lying on the ground, 
protected and surrounded by a blanket reflective of all of our futures.
As the tired and dismal creature is lying on the ground, 
the fashion show comes to an end and the future generation is lifted from the mothers cut open belly.
